Starting a business

START A BUSINESS IN THE USA

"Now what? I’m settled, I feel much better, and life must go on. What am I going to do with my energy? I must work, otherwise I would be nuts. I have been working all my life. I’m passionate about transforming people's, and companies' life. So, after many applications filled in and so many letters telling me that “My qualifications are impressive, but they chose another person,” I must look for something to do.

I started this blog thinking that it was time to start my brand or maybe my own business. My daughter encouraged me to do it. But there was a problem, how could I do it? Even better What can I do it? So first, my blog, secondly my website, third my social media, and then my products. Easy to say it, even to plan it, although do it?

I started to learn about affiliate marketing, and social media on my own but it was hard. I kept telling myself “You can do it, go on,” but it didn’t let me know which one was the road. I punished myself remembering that I was not good enough to be an influencer or that I didn’t know that much that people would be interested in what I had to tell them. It was so frustrating. After a while, I dropped, and we went to Colombia. As I told you before, I had a chat about coffee with my brother’s friend and I got interested, then my nephew’s father-in-law talked to me about how he was happy not working payroll, and he advised me to do whatever I love to do or always I would love to do. So, the entrepreneurial spirit came back. I always used to say “I cannot work by myself, Me entrepreneur? No way”.

One day, I had a meeting with this guy who wanted to help me in a non-profit organization, he was very impressed about my career. We met for a coffee to know me better and discuss how he could help me and somehow, he said to me “It’s hard, because what would you bring to any organization”. To me this was it, is he right? All my experience, ¿Can be used or shared only with Colombian companies? Am I not worthy of people? Well, that was it. No way I would let anybody say that to me. It challenges me, like always happens when they tell me that I cannot do this or that.

Since that day, I have talked to my son-in-law because he has many connections that can help to develop a business, we associated and started to work in our business. Coffee importer business. I definitely love to work, to talk to people to build, to put all parts together, and to make beauty. Adam has taught me so much, how to say things, how to write a letter, we are a very good team. I love my business and my partner."

BE SO FUCKING PROUD OF YOURSELF FOR PASSING HARDEST MOMENTS,

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF SO MUCH NATURALLY BECOMES MAGNETIC.
